Champion a safety-first environment by enforcing policies, co-leading the safety committee, and driving initiatives to minimize risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manpower, materials, and equipment while maintaining accurate records and reporting for transparency. Background you'll need: Minimum of a high school diploma or GED At least four (4) years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Two-four (2-4) years' supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred chemical manufacturing. Demonstrates problem-solving skills necessary to troubleshoot production issues. Able to work on feet for long periods of time. Ability to occasionally lift up to 50-70 lbs.
