GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to assist with the full-cycle recruiting process and help us build a diverse, high-performing workforce. EXPERIENCE:

Conducts and analyzes stay interviews as well as exit interviews, track and analyze data.
Participate in the organization and implementation of all company recreational events.
Maintain cooperative relationship with Union employees and retain a thorough understanding of the Labor Agreement.
Flexibility to work nights and weekends periodically for recruitment events or for employee translation needs.
Work on other HR functions and special projects as assigned.
Travel may be required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor's degree in related field.
Experience or Training: 3 years Human Resources administrative experience. Strong communication and organizational skills. Solid working knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and retaining employees. Accuracy, confidentiality, efficiency, and professionalism are essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with focus on multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Experience with a labor union and/or manufacturing environment. The ability to read, write, understand, and translate English and Spanish is required
Technology/Equipment: Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
