Qualifications Previous training, experience or certifications in employment law, HR or recruiting. 3 - 5 years professional workplace experience required - Manufacturing setting preferred. Ability to work 100% in-person at our Grandville or Holland corporate office. PHR or SPHR certification preferred. Strong computer skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, e-mail). Strong knowledge of on-line sourcing websites, i.e., Monster.com, Career Builder, indeed, etc., and social media sites such as LinkedIn. Proven communication and interpersonal skills. Effective communication with all levels of workforce. Proven organizational skills. Strong sense of urgency. Ability to manage high volumes in a fast-paced environment.
