In the Recruiter role you would service our clients, employees and applicants. This position's main functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Building a pipeline of candidates for clerical, light industrial, and professional positions. This will be accomplished through strategic sourcing strategies such as online searches, cold calls, networking, career fairs, etc.
Helping others find careers by recruiting, screening, interviewing and hiring candidates
Conducting skills tests, background checks, employment verifications and drug screens
Must be able to work with large volumes of candidates in both blue and white collar categories and directly with the public
Must be comfortable marketing candidates to our clients as well as selling services
Ability to ensure that all compliance and regulatory items are met within the hiring process
Ability to work in a fast pace and changing environment with rapidly changing priorities
Requirements
Prior recruiting experience preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required
Must be able to communicate both orally and written in a clear, concise and effective manner
Strong problem solving abilities
Exceptional organizational and prioritizing skills
Intermediate knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Must be able to learn our staffing and recruiting software

Workday HCM Role:
· Ability to configure Business Process, Core HCM, and Security functional areas within the Workday system
· Conduct unit testing and provide production support on an ongoing basis
· Act as a functional point of contact between other functional departments and IT/HR leaders to gather requirements on new configuration and triage production breaks
· Conduct analysis of current process within Workday and recommendations for enhancement
· Aligns with global and local participants in planning, analysis, and development of business requirements for HRIS modifications and improvements
· Ability to configure Business Process, Core HCM, and Security functional areas within the Workday system
· Utilize a ticket system to respond to tier two support requests
· Collaborate with global HRIS partners to develop solutions for Workday enhancements and fixes that meet regional and global needs for a balanced platform.
· Collaborate with HR Communications teams to develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation to support change management.
· Maintain awareness of current trends in HRMS with a focus on product development, delivery, and support.
· Provide direction, mentoring, and guidance to other team members for areas of Workday expertise
· SME knowledge of HR business processes; ability to document processes and generate concise and understandable business requirements for non-technical audiences and partner sign off
· Ability to identify and articulate options to partners and influence decisions based on facts and analysis
Must have at least four (4) years of experience in the following -
· Workday HCM, Global Implementation, Workday updates, Performance, Talent, Compensation.
