Work closely with all departments: Operations, Accounting, Marketing, and Customer Service groups. Assist in resolving billing and delivery issues and customer disputes. Ensure all incidents with customers are resolved. QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS 3-5 years of outside sales experience or comparable experience in the automotive aftermarket industry Working knowledge of Word, Excel and CRM systems Proven track record of sales, customer management, and new account success Understanding customer's needs and having the ability to problem solve.
