The Role We Want You For
The Senior Project Manager will be based on the construction project site and will be responsible for taking projects from conceptual stages through closeout. Provide leadership, technical direction, and deliver the best solutions on design-build projects valued anywhere from a $60 million to over $250 million. At Clayco, a Senior Project Manager is responsible for assisting with preconstruction, buying out contracts, and managing the project from start to finish.

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related.

Demonstrated knowledge of construction principles, practices, and technology.
Previous experience leading a successful project management team.

The Director, CIDO Compliance is a senior leadership role accountable for developing and executing a comprehensive compliance strategy across the CIDO organization. **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in compliance, cybersecurity, or IT governance, with at least 5 years in a senior management or director-level role.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing long-term compliance strategies within complex, highly regulated environments.

Primary Level Salary Range: $176,100.00 - $305,900.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. The expected salary range for this position is between $93,000 and $180,000. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. The Technical Program Manager position is responsible for developing technical project plans performed by a multi-disciplinary engineering team to meet project goals set by DoD customers and corporate leadership. The projects will involve development and transition of innovative missile technology applications to include hypersonics, ground and laboratory testing, missile defense, and tactical high speed missile systems.
