WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a SeniorProjectManager, you will lead industrial construction projects across multiple disciplines.
Direct subcontractors and self-performed work.
Create and update project schedules.

Project Planning and Execution:

Qualifications and Experience

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Lead full lifecycle projects to stand up or reconfigure distribution centers (DCs), forward stocking locations (FSLs), and 3PL operations
+ Drive development of network design, capacity, and location strategy in partnership with Supply Chain and Logistics Engineering

Position Summary:

* Subcontractor Supervision: Oversee subcontractors and ensure they are meeting their contractual obligations in terms of quality, schedule, and safety.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily logs, change orders, as-built drawings, RFIs, submittal reviews, obtaining permits, daily reports, equipment tracking.
* Responsible in reviewing financial reports and KPIs to ensure project is tracking to budget. Review and assist with billings and reviewing billings vs cost reports to ensure financial success.
* Ability to work as single representative onsite while coordinating with home office support as needed.
* Permit Compliance: Ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained and that construction activities comply with local building codes and regulations.
* Cost Control: Collaborate with projectmanagers to control costs by monitoring on-site expenses, avoiding waste, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Ability to identify scope changes and assist with submittals and approvals on these scope changes.
* Client Interaction: Interface with clients and address any concerns or questions they may have about the construction process.
* Team Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to on-site personnel, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Lead project teams consisting of other technical disciplines, assuring that the work is accurate and coordinated and that the quality assurance measures have been followed, and ensure the development of consistent and high-quality project deliverables.
Maintain appropriate contact with our existing clients so that they think of our firm when services our needed.
Negotiate, manage and know the project's contract/agreement.
Project financial management including budgeting, change management, invoicing, cash flow forecasts and accruals.
Project types include process and manufacturing related improvements. These projects range from new process developments / capacity equipment additions to facility expansions, interior renovations, building envelope, building mechanical and electrical equipment, site utility infrastructure, life safety and security systems, and material handling equipment. Building types include office, laboratory, warehouse, utility, and manufacturing spaces.

Requirements and Preferences
Applicants should have a minimum of a BS inProjectManagement or a technical related field such as Engineering, Construction Management or Facility Management, and at least 5 years of related experience. The Physical and Ergonomic Requirements of this position are as follows:
