Excellent communication skills (written/verbal) with comfort presenting status and leading meetings. Proficiency with common PM tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Excel, ERP/MRP systems). Preferred Experience with power generation, CHP, engine/genset packaging, control panels, balance-of-plant skids, or similar industrial packaging.
