The Maintenance Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in advising on technical matters, directing skilled trades personnel within a fast-paced, high-volume, unionized manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for ensuring the maintenance department meets its objectives in safety, quality, delivery, cost and morale. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and coordinate both professional and breakdown maintenance activities to support production goals. Drive improvements in equipment throughput, reliability and uptime. Provide coaching and mentoring to hourly and supervisory team members in applying production methodologies, including problem-solving and corrective action implementation. This is a fully onsite role with openings on the following shifts: Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Second Shift: 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM This position supervises clinicians to ensure quality care and accurate documentation. Responsibilities include overseeing hiring, training, and performance evaluations, providing direct clinical services and crisis response, supporting quality assurance, and fostering interdepartmental collaboration. Ensure that all paperwork by the clinical staff is completed in a professional and timely manner and provide supervision when this goal is not being met. Work to ensure clinicians are compliant with quality and regulatory standards. Communicate with individuals and community stakeholders to provide education related to crisis services. Assist front desk supervisors in ensuring that there is a good working relationship between customer service and clinical staff and lines of communication are kept open. Job Requirements and Qualifications Education: Master's degree in social work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field or Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure: Requires possession of a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record. Must be licensed in Michigan as a clinical social worker (LCSW), psychologist, professional counselor (LPC), or marriage and family therapist (LMFT).
