This position involves a seasonal worker for the Department of Neighborhoods who will report to the Executive Director of Neighborhood Services. Support Staff personnel provide for the smooth operation of the office mechanics by answering correspondence, telephones, paging therapists as needed, taking referral information and messages, and scheduling. Detailed job duties include: Facilitate all office organization as delegated. Carry out all office procedures and proper record keeping policies as instructed.
