Our Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry-leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry.This segment is classified into two main product groupings - carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.
Purpose of Position:
In this role, you will be the dedicated on-site project manager to track the progress of fiber optic testing, troubleshooting, and repairs being completed in a Hyperscale Datacenter by a team of Field Engineers. You will help maintain local relationships with key customer contacts, design consultants and installers.
Responsibilities:
* Onsite presence at the customer's data center, Monday through Friday, ensuring dedicated support and seamless collaboration.
* Track run rates and status of repairs conducted in a hyperscale data center to drive efficiencies and ensure customer deadlines are met.
* Assist in the staffing of personnel and equipment of the Field Engineering teams on-site.
* Work in conjunction with Field Engineering to overcome any issues preventing the team from meeting deadlines (staffing, equipment, site-access, communication, etc.).
* Report out on the status of projects to leadership teams within the Commercial, Manufacturing, and Quality organization.
* Participate in daily and weekly customer update meetings to discuss site progress.
Additional Requirements:
* Must be willing to remain within geographical area of Columbus, OH until completion of the project. (approx. 2-3 years).
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
* Background in project management or operational planning.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Desired Qualifications:
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate.
* Familiarity of construction and project planning procedures.
* Prior fiber optic experience is preferable.

The range for this position is $121,756.00 - $167,415.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.

General Description: The Camp Manager position is for those applicants who can demonstrate progressively responsible experience at a camp or recreation facility. This position is responsible for supervising day-to-day functions of the camp program including orienting Camp Counselors and Assistant Counselors to daily schedules and expectations; monitoring staff performance including adhering to work schedules and adequately performing job functions; planning and implementing activities including all-camp activities; ensuring completion of daily checklists including equipment checks, open/close procedures and emergency drills; maintaining paperwork in an orderly fashion; supporting Camp Counselors and Assistant Counselors in managing camper behavior; communicating with parents/caregivers; and, communicating needs for program supplies, equipment, facilities maintenance, etc. to the appropriate staff.
Camps are held in City of Gahanna parks; Camp Managers are typically assigned to one primary site, but may alternate between locations and programs, based on camp needs. Typically, Camp Managers work up to 40 hours per week, during the camp season, and ideally are available for all weeks of summer programming. Approximately 120 hours prior to the camp season is required for planning purposes, as well as additional pre-summer trainings and in-service staff meetings throughout the summer.
* Plan, organize, implement, and coordinate specific summer camp program(s) being held at given park location, assuming the role of site supervisor for said location, by responsibly managing and overseeing daily operations, counselor coaching and supervision, camper behavior and participation, and specialized program areas.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of camp participants and fellow staff, adhering to all camp policies, procedures, and applicable emergency protocols, as described in the staff manual.
* Act as a role model to camp staff, participants, and parents in both attitude and appropriate behavior, remaining professional and respectful, as described in the staff manual.
* Maintain camper supervision and discipline, as necessary, in a manner that is appropriate and consistent with policies described in the staff manual.
* Abide by all mandatory reporting and communication policies, as described in the staff manual.
* Evaluate camp programs and camp staff, providing constructive feedback to camp management team and supervisors.
Regular, predictable, and punctual attendance is required.
Any combination of education, training and experience as listed below, which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job. A typical way to qualify is a High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years of experiences in general recreation programming or an Associate's degree in a related field of study and 1 year of experience in general recreation programming. Must be 18 years or older.
* Licensure and Certification Requirements: Current and valid Ohio driver's license with an acceptable driver's abstract, to meet criteria for insurability established by the City of Gahanna. First Aid/CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain.
* Coordinate and supervise the development and implementation of program activities, working with Management Team and supervisor, as appropriate.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Director of Middle School Programs, under the guidance of the Chief Program Officer (CPO), provides strategic leadership, oversight, and support for all middle school programs. The position is also responsible for building team capacity, managing program operations and using data to drive continuous improvement and scholar outcomes. The director ensures the development and delivery of a high-quality engaging program that aligns with ODA's mission. This role also includes supervising the Middle School Program Manager and the Middle School Programming team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Program Management:
Provides strategic oversight to the middle school program to ensure operational excellence and quality.
Manages ODA's four core Northeast Ohio middle school programs: afterschool, summer, family and scholar trips.
Oversees scholar recruitment and retention. Ensures programs are operating at capacity.
Responsible for ensuring clear and effective communication at programmatic level so scholars and families have the information needed for full engagement.
Ensures programs reflect principles of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
Ensures consistent implementation of afterschool programming across sites.
Collaborates with the CPO to effectively onboard the programming team.
Ensures effective design and implementation of new and existing programs.
Collaborates with the CPO and Summer Programming Leadership Team to help plan and prepare for summer camp.
Collaborates with the Director of Family Engagement to provide vision and structured family programming that is responsive to families' needs.

Oversees the middle school budgets, including afterschool, summer, family, and travel.

Oversees scholars and families onboarding process.
Develops a comprehensive curriculum for middle school that aligns with Ohio Department of Education and Workforce (ODEW), ODA, and other academic standards and expectations.
Coordinates and builds partnerships with stakeholders necessary for curriculum and program.
Leads, plans and coordinates middle school summer camp including the management of partners and the overall summer programming quality.
Coordinates and develops career and college pathways for middle school scholars.
Develops a pathway to transition middle school graduates into ODA high school program. This includes a peer mentor system between high school scholars and middle school scholars.

Co-leads programming team meetings with the CPO and the Program Managers.
Leads weekly Programming Leadership Team meetings.

Conducts quarterly campus observations to ensure high-quality programming.
Collaborates with the CPO to implement the program-level assessment.

Make sure that there is always adequate staff coverage. Arrange for coverage or fill in for absent staff with authorized personnel to ensure full staff coverage.
Ensure that assigned staff have completed their mandatory monthly training within the allotted timeframe.
Participate in and assist staff in providing appropriate active treatment for consumers
Monitor life safety training, emergency procedures, evacuation drills, and participation of consumers in the proper utilization of the facility
Coach staff and work with the Program Manager to provide appropriate corrective action
Oversee the handling of consumer funds as indicated in the ISP and per regulatory requirements, as delegated
Make sure that all documentation is correct and accurate, and that facility is survey ready at all times
Complete routine building upkeep such as window cleaning, pressure washing, changing light bulbs, yard maintenance including some snow removal, lawn care, flower bed maintenance. Maintain a clean and safe facility at all times.
Complete administrative task related to the operation of the facility as directed by the Program Manager
Transport consumers in Agency and/or personal vehicles

Plans, directs, and is accountable for all facility operations including, deliveries, inventory, equipment, and systems

Accountable to drive the financial performance of the site by ensuring that budgeted productivity, labor, and other expenses are achieved
Responsible for ensuring compliance with Gopuff and legal policies, procedures, and regulations for the warehouse by analyzing and interpreting reports
Implementing and monitoring Human Resource compliance, asset protection, safety controls, overseeing the safety of our people and products, operational and quality assurance reviews
Develop and implement action plans to improve performance, providing direction and guidance on executing Company programs and directing the management team in ensuring confidentiality of information, documentation and assigned records
Teach and train your site leadership in controlling expenses and labor to ensure expenses adhere to the budget and sales volume
Create and implement plans to improve the financial performance of the facility

The Site Leader role is an exciting and fast-paced role within Gopuff that requires drive, grit, positivity, and enthusiasm for the challenge. In this role, you will lead a local team of Shift Leaders and Field Operations Associates and oversee the facility's operations.
