    Job Description Primary Job Function: Under the direction of the Dual-6 and/or Store Manager T-4, the FOH/BOH/Dual-T position is considered an entry-level Trainee. Work assignments are clear-cut, routine, selected, and designed to develop the employee for career progression. The goal for this incumbent is to learn and become competent in all duty stations within a 90-day probationary period. General Duties: Complies with all company policies and procedures Genki Sushi USA, Inc. set forth. Required to maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization consistently. Ensures proper sanitation of the entire kitchen area according to company standards. Works with management to ensure cleanliness of the restaurant's interior and exterior premises. Ensures that customers are consistently satisfied with their dining experience daily. Demonstrates and ensures proper customer service standards by Genki Sushi USA, Inc. are followed. Professional and calm while dealing with disgruntled customers and complaints. Notifies Store Manager T-4 of any customer complaint. Attends all pre/post-shift briefings and scheduled meetings. Complies with all updates, changes, and/or new material, policies, and/or procedures set forth by management. Learn and become competent in all duty stations Essential Duties: Performs all essential job functions as required by a BOH staff member: Prep Cook Sushi Cook Fry Cook Dishwasher Able to efficiently run every station in the back of the house, including but not limited to the following: fryer, dishwasher, prep, maki, gunkan, nigari, and take-out. Ensures that all food is prepared correctly according to the company's recipes, procedures, and standards. Ensures products delivered by the bullet express system consistently meet food product quality, presentation, and portion control (applicable to restaurants with the bullet train system) . Properly rotates all food products using the FIFO method. Consistently maintains kitchen and center cleanliness, sanitation, and side work duties on time. Able to prepare and complete daily opening, mid, and closing duties as management assigns. Assist with properly storing and organizing timely deliveries of fresh and frozen items. Follows safe stock levels according to company standards. Communicate and report to the Store Manager T-4 on all BOH operational issues and service concerns daily and/or immediately if necessary. Performs other assignments and duties as determined by the Store Manager T-4. Other Duties/Functions: Responsible for checking and working all scheduled shifts as posted. Notifies the Store Manager T-4 of any personnel changes. Attends mandatory staff meetings. Adheres to all State OSHA, food, and sanitation requirements. Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability: Be organized, clean, and neat in work environment Able to remember, recite, and promote menu items Working Conditions: Primarily works indoors in a restaurant environment. Will be exposed to abnormal temperatures as required by job duties (kitchen refrigerators, freezers, fryer). Exposure and use of chemicals will be required for kitchen cleaning and sanitation. Work Hours: Will work between 4-6 hours per shift. Times and hours worked per week will vary based on operational needs. Required to work at least 35 hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Two of the three work availability times (day or night) must be weekend shifts. Requirements: Neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance. Basic knowledge of food and beverage, service standards, customer relations & etiquette. Able to serve alcohol ( applicable to stores with liquor licenses ) if required. Tuberculosis (TB) Clearance by the Department of Health's Food Handler guidelines (Hawaii only). Appropriate state's Food Handlers Card (Washington only). Read, write, and speak English fluently. Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in written form. Essential Responsibilities: + Performs digital angiographic imaging and other exams of select nature in interventional room; positions patients and provides immobilization preparation and patient counseling as required. Scrubs or circulates during procedures as required and assists physicians with catheter placement, instrument passage, instrument use and imaging agent administration. Reviews orders, prepares schedules and consults with attending Radiologists and Registered Nurses. Prepares floor stock medications. Maintains daily records of exams performed. + Follows all National Patient Safety Goals. Receives and double identifies patients using appropriate criteria prior to performing the study ordered. Ensures accruacy of information and data entry, while maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality. Prepares sterile fields, imaging agents, trays and instruments; ensures sterility of surgical packs, trays and disposables to be used in assigned area. Captures required documentation in Radiology Information System (RIS.) Prepares, loads, programs and operates the contrast injector. Assists with screening patients for contraindications. + Assists radiologist during procedures and maneurvering mechanical equipment around the patient.
