Counselors also help with transitions, enforce rules, and assist with any camper needs, including emotional support, behavior redirection, and adapting activities for inclusivity. Post-Camp: Counselors assist with end-of-day wrap-ups, ensure their group's area is clean and organized, and help close camp each week by reviewing camper progress, highlighting achievements, and supporting special events or closing activities.
