A Casting Coordinator provides general administrative support like filing, planning travel arrangements, copying, arranging drive-on, calendar scheduling, answering the phone, and more. They coordinate session sheets, master lists, production schedules, maintain scripts, cast lists, general meetings, and casting documents for shows.
