As a member of the team, you will be responsible for performing tasks such as mailroom sorting and machine operation, high and low speed mail opening and scanning, processing, and similar activities.

* Training is on the job for 2 weeks. Will need to be willing to cross train in all areas.
* Work schedule is 8:00am but may start as early as 7:00am if production requires until 5:30pm, M-F with occasional overtime on Saturdays.
* Sort, prepare, and scan up to 2,000 insurance claims and related documents daily.
* Enter claim data into client systems throughout the workday.
* Perform repetitive document handling tasks in a fast-paced environment. (removing staples, rubber bands, repairing torn documents, copying document types, and inserting patch sheets to separate claims).
* Deliver and collect all mail and place it into the correct locations.
