The Opportunity:
As a Child Care Licensor, you will administer uniform procedures for recruitment, development, licensing, technical assistance, monitoring, complaint inspections, and legal activities of all required child care and early learning environments, including but not limited to Child Care Centers, School Age, and Family Home Child Care programs.
Some of what you'll do:
* Verify care licensing qualifications in MERIT for applicants, licensees, family members, and staff for all required early learning providers.
* Submit initial, non-expiring, and probationary licenses and certifications to the Child Care Licensing Supervisor.
* Provide ongoing technical assistance to early learning providers.
* Establish and/or maintain a file for each required early learning provider in accordance with DCYF's agency specific schedule and DCYF's Child Care policies and procedures.

* Conduct initial and annual evaluations of required child care and early learning environments.
* Assess child care facilities to ensure the environment is safe and healthy.

* Complete licensing complaints in accordance with DCYF Child Care policies and procedures and documents in the licensing management system activities.

What You Bring to the Role

Deep understanding of MSP offerings including endpoint management, cloud infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and backup/DR.
Strong client-facing communication skills, able to present confidently to both executives and IT stakeholders.
Proven ability to influence and collaborate with multiple outside sales reps to drive unified account strategy.
Proficiency in creating solution proposals, SOWs, and industry standard architecture recommendations.
Highly motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

OneAuto is a key component of the Frontier strategy; a multi-year business and technology transformation effort that aims to radically simplify and accelerate how US Retail Market goes to market, powered by a modern, future-ready unified insurance platform. This position will be responsible for evaluating our legacy book migration strategy. The work
is investigative and strategic: you will research legacy books, document coverage and rating logic, evaluate compatibility with OneAuto, and recommend whether and how each book should be migrated.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
* Assess technical and product fit between each legacy book and the OneAuto/rating platform capabilities.
* Develop a recommended migration strategy for each book including rationale, estimated effort, risk, and business impact.
* Create clear decision artifacts and migration playbooks (impact analysis, acceptance criteria, mapping specifications, remediation tasks).
* Work with Product, Modeling, IT, Data, Legal/Compliance, and Delivery teams to evaluate feasibility and implement migration plans.
* Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and drive consensus across business and technical partners.
