The Fort Rucker Aviation Center of Excellence (CoE) Gunnery Range and Training Complex provides numerous ranges and training areas supporting Program of Instruction (POI) courses, tenant and non-tenant units including Army Reserve and National Guard units, and military or law enforcement units in accomplishing the Commanders' training goals. This Range and Training Complex encompasses roughly 59,730 acres across Dale and Coffee counties North and South of Highway 27. Per our official contract proposal, CGS will provide personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, other items, and non-personnel services necessary to provide range operations, maintenance, and repair support for Fort Rucker Aviation Center of Excellence Gunnery Range and Training Complex. Key Responsibilities:
Lead an aviation maintenance team supporting a fleet of Bell 505 helicopters, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and commercial aviation standards.
Serve as the V2X primary liaison with prime contractor, DoD users, FAA representatives, and internal leadership and customers.
Develop and maintain detailed program schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and performance metrics.
Ensure all program activities align with safety, airworthiness, and quality requirements.
Manage V2X workforce at two geographically-separated locations.
Manage contract performance, including requirements management, deliverables, modifications, and reporting.

Required Qualifications:
Must hold an A&P license, to include Inspection Authorization (IA) credentials, with 10 years performing in this capacity.
Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aviation Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
12+ years of program or project management experience within the aerospace, aviation, or defense sector.
Demonstrated knowledge of FAA regulations, compliance requirements, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Proven experience managing cross-functional technical teams in a highly regulated environment.
Strong communication, leadership, and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to obtain and maintain access to DoD government facilities and computer systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP or PgMP certification.

Elaborate Shift Handover instructions and Work Interruption logs with attention to detail.

Always carry out Purchase Order requests and Parts Consumption in accordance with Company procedures and documentation requirements.
Ensure the work area and bay in which their Aircraft project is located is kept to the highest standards of safety, compliant at all times, enforcing regulations and practices to avoid accidents. To report any incident immediately to Quality Assurance & Safety in accordance with Company policies and procedures. To ensure that good housekeeping practices are enforced at all times with an objective of securing an environment conducive to employee well-being.
Scrutinize the proper tagging of Aircraft components, parts and panels appropriately stored (including racks by aircraft).
Demand and accomplish document procedures and sign-offs in accordance with Repair Station Manual and respective tasks.
Strive for continuous process improvements and increasing efficiencies in execution and delivery with safety as a priority.
Maintain close and frequent communication with the Maintenance Manager (Shift), notifying him/her of progress and any road-blocks or threats to the project's critical path that could impact re-delivery.
Review daily personnel performance and progress on aircraft to determine if any alteration to the plan and schedule is necessary and to ensure that tasks are completed within budgeted time.
Collaborate with the Director Quality Assurance & Safety and his Training Specialist to establish On-The-Job Training Programs (OJT) for maintenance personnel and coordinate participation in training programs as appropriate. Participate in relevant development training including General Familiarization Certification.
Conduct regular progress meetings with Customer and all relevant department heads and personnel concerning operational requirements and activities, clearly establishing objectives and actions.
Ensure that tools and equipment are correctly used and handled by operations personnel for both safety and to reduce breakages, wear and tear. Require Leads to ensuring that any tool malfunction is promptly reported to the Stores personnel by the mechanics by following proper procedures.
Support the Director Maintenance with other business activities as needed.

Maintain, update and make additions to the database of child development resources and referrals as needed.

Train and submit training documentation for current HMGNWF staff.
Manage grant outcomes and award monies for all grants designated to HMGNWF.
Manage programs within HMGNWF including but not limited to Kaleidoscope Play and Learn.

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum two year's experience in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Family Development, or related field.
Experience in case management and grant management is preferred
