Jim Jirsa joined Epstein in 1987 and is currently one of the firm's Executive Managing Directors as well as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Mr. Jirsa is responsible for developing strategic business objectives and goals for the firm as well as serving as the director of Epstein's international operations.

Mr. Jirsa began his life at Epstein working as a project accountant in our construction group and, through the ensuing years, steadily rose through the ranks of the firm to now co-direct Epstein. Jim's journey at Epstein is the embodiment of the entrepreneurial spirit that has been a consistent trait within the firm for more than 90 years.
