About the Role
The IVR Administrator plays a critical role in optimizing the customer experience and operational efficiency of our contact center. This position is responsible for the design, maintenance, and performance monitoring of the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system, with a strong emphasis on aligning routing logic and call flows with workforce management strategies and real-time staffing conditions.

Risk Management/WC Administrator General Definition of Work The Risk Management/WC administrator, under the limited supervision of the Assistant Superintendent of Financial Services, performs intermediate administrative work coordinating the district's worker's compensation program, loss prevention, and employee benefits. This position also serves as the Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) trainer and the Loss Prevention Coordinator for the district. Employee performs responsible services to carry out Board of Education policies and procedures related to risk management, worker's compensation, and employee benefits under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent of Financial Services and in collaboration with the human resources department.

? Investigates and analyzes accidents involving district employees and students injured while using district equipment and facilities
? Establishes preventative measures to include identification, evaluation and control of workplace hazards
? Collaborates with stakeholders to resolve insurance benefit concerns along with reporting and reconciliation problems
? Manages and oversees all leaves of absence, FMLA, and shared leave requests

As a Home Health Sales Executive, you will:
Call on physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities' management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote our homecare services.
Build and maintain client relationships.
Prepare business plans and maintain target lists. Prioritize accounts in accordance with the market sales plan.
Gather and organize account-related information and provide input on key customer opportunities, service line extensions and proposal or contract pricing.

Required Experience/Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a health related science (e.g., nursing, pharmacy, etc.) or the equivalent plus a minimum of two years health care or related industry sales experience generally required.
Excellent selling, organization, problem-solving skills and the ability to appropriately represent the Company service capabilities to the targeted referral source audience is required.
Previous healthcare sales experience preferred such as selling in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), DME, ortho, cardio, etc OR previous experience as a clinical liaison preferred
Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills required. Microsoft Office proficiency required.
Ability to travel within assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
