Assist the HRM with the handling of all HR functions within the plant. Ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
Duties and Responsibilities
Workers' Compensation: Assist as needed with handling of workers' compensation cases. Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws affecting workers' compensation. Provide support to the Safety Department for plant safety initiatives.

Employee Development: Assist HRM with training workshops for continual employee development.

Assist with salaried recruiting and onboarding as requested. Process union job bids according to the labor agreement and established procedures.
Labor Relations: Assist HR Manager as appropriate and as assigned in administering the provisions of the Danville labor agreement. Handle investigations and disciplinary actions consistently, fairly, and timely according to policies.
Employee Relations: Manage and administer the attendance, uniform/shoe program, and badge issuance for the Danville Plant. Ensure that these programs are accurate and comply with corporate guidelines. Assist with plant communication through bulletin boards and TV screens. Listen to and address employee questions and concerns as needed. Sort mail daily.
Reporting: Prepare local plant, corporate, and legally required reports to communicate information to the necessary individuals or entities.
Qualifications
• Education: High School Diploma required; Undergraduate Degree a plus
• Experience: Office experience; basic knowledge and understanding of the HR function, 3-4 years HR experience preferred
• Skills: MS Office intermediate/advanced required; ability to quickly learn to use other software and programs

This position is responsible for assisting with mental health treatment through individual, group, family, or conjoint therapy to referred clients. A person in this position may participate in treatment planning with the Center psychiatrist/psychologist and client, report client progress to appropriate referral source, and maintain adequate and timely documentation. Hours of work will be based upon the service hour requirements from the relevant academic institution and may vary. This position must exercise tact, judgment and confidentiality in contact with the public, clients and families, as well as fellow associates of the Center. A person in this position must be willing and able to work with the target population, whether children, adolescents, or adults. Work is very broad in scope and requires a high level of professionalism.
GENERAL STUDENT CLASSIFICATIONS
Practicum Student II: A student at this stage is usually working towards a master's degree in psychology or a related human services field and will be taking course work related to practicum experience. Supervision requirements vary but typically require a licensed supervisor. The student may provide direct services without someone else present dependent on clinical skills proficiency.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
A thorough knowledge of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of the American Psychiatric
Association (DSM) sufficient to complete a psychological assessment and/or assess the client's ability to meet the diagnostic criteria as defined by the DSM.
Demonstrate the ability to complete client assessments that include intake, evaluating a client's ability to meet the admission criteria for that particular department, identify presenting problem(s), history, medical information, family involvement, psychosocial/psychosexual information, and other pertinent information to form an appropriate clinical impression including substance use/abuse and neglect/abuse.
Demonstrate the ability to complete a treatment plan, which accurately reflects the client's needs and ability to meet discharge criteria with goals and objectives that are time limited and behaviorally stated. Treatment plans should include sufficient relevant information so that others can determine progress of the client and outcome of any assessment that was completed during the course of treatment.
Document timely, accurately and in accordance with Center policies utilizing current systems and practices.
Document accurate information, which reflects client progress based on the appropriate therapeutic modality. Therapeutic services will be time limited and specific to the presenting problem(s) of each assigned consumer.
Demonstrate the ability to bring relevant client information when staffing the treatment plan sufficient to allow others to determine client progress and outcome of any assessment that was completed during the course of treatment.
Provide (or shadow/observe for level I student) individual, group, family therapeutic services and case management as needed to clients.
Provide hours of service required by the relevant academic institution.
Meet with the client and their family (if appropriate) as outlined on the treatment plan.

Document use of and adherence to evidence-based models and treatment for all services requiring use of a model that has been approved by the state of Indiana and GJR.
Obtain and submit requests for court appearances to Compliance Coordinator monthly by deadline established.
Appear at court hearings, case conferences, CFTM's or staffing as necessary or requested by referral source or supervisor.

4C Health is a growing non-profit Community Mental Health Center currently serving the communities of North Central Indiana since 1975. 4C Health is deeply committed to increasing access to a continuum of care while integrating physical and behavioral health well-being for our staff and consumers.
Many Bachelor and Associate degree programs in social services, psychology, criminal justice require a 100-200 hour intern experience. 4C Health supports an experience that prepares you for your first position after degree completion. Bachelor and Associate level students are engaged in a semester long shadowing experience. You will be paired with existing 4C Health staff who you will shadow throughout your experience. Exposure to evidence -based curriculum use, individual and group skills training, care coordination, team meetings, and field learning!
When a Bachelor or Associate level student completes a semester long experience with 4C Health, student is GUARANTEED a job interview upon degree completion.
GENERAL STUDENT CLASSIFICATIONS
Practicum Student I: A student at this stage is usually working towards an associate's or bachelor's degree in psychology or a related human services field, or a degree in nursing (including nurse practitioner students), or medical assisting and will be taking course work related to practicum experience. This would include any pre-medical college student shadowing. Supervision requirements vary but the student may shadow clinical services provided by another staff member. Practicum Student I level cannot be alone with consumers and cannot have access or document in the medical record.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Attend supervision on a weekly basis or more as needed or required by academic institution.
Demonstrate understanding of Center policies as they pertain to client care.
Abide by all Center policies and procedures.
Maintain positive working relations and rapport with the communities served.
