Also, you will be supporting end users in our fast-paced Design Studio, supporting applications such as Autodesk Revit , AutoCAD , Adobe InDesign , Bluebeam and many other applications. Minimal Qualifications: Currently enrolled in undergraduate school with an upcoming completion of an associates / bachelor's degree in Information Technology related studies. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership skills Ability to multi-task multiple tickets and issues. Good analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions Competent with Microsoft Products including Office, Outlook and Microsoft Teams. Create and maintain Windows Operating Systems. Once you are here: Learn to Collaborate with the IT team in maintenance of Hardware, software and other systems. Configure, assemble, and install workstation and/or peripheral equipment. Learn to Understand and Navigate Microsoft Server Active Directory and Microsoft 365. Experience the fundamentals of Network Configuration & Security Controls. Help maintain inventory of IT Assets and Supplies.
