Biotech/pharma experience preferred. * Experienced with using and troubleshooting Syncade. * Experienced in developing documentation for networks and information systems, including interface design, data conversion, and infrastructure fundamentals. * Proficient with Unix, Windows, and Linux operating systems, as well as Cisco network switching and monitoring utilities. * Skilled in SQL Server (2005/2022) and OSIsoft PI Systems, with additional knowledge of VBScript, .NET, and SQL programming. * Experienced with deployment and recovery applications, including Symantec Ghost, Acronis, Backup Exec, and Veeam.
