This role is ideal for someone who excels in written advocacy, complex motion work, and high‑stakes litigation strategy. What You'll Do Handle plaintiff appellate matters, including brief writing, oral arguments, and strategic issue development. Lead or support bad faith insurance litigation, including coverage analysis and complex motions. Conduct advanced legal research and craft persuasive legal arguments. Work closely with trial teams on case strategy, preservation of error, and post‑trial motions. What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in: Plaintiff‑side appellate litigation, or Significant bad faith insurance litigation experience. Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills. Strong understanding of Florida appellate procedure and insurance‑related statutes.
