Typical duties include operating a multi-line phone system, assisting in a variety of administrative matters; maintaining financial or other records (stored both manually and electronically); verifying statistical reports for accuracy and completeness; compiling information; handling/adjusting complaints. Must be highly proficient using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and will be required to learn the GSAs NCMMs system of preventive maintenance tracking.
