About this role:
The LATAM Account Executive is a field sales role responsible for client retention and growth. Quota responsibility for your assigned territory.
Manage complex high-revenue sales across matrix and diverse business environments.
Own forecasting and account planning on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
What you will need:
5-8+ years' B2B sales experience, preferably within complex, intangible sales environments
Experience selling to and/or influencing C-Level Executives
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Proven ability to own, manage, and forecast a complex sales process.
Willingness to conduct travel as needed.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 102,000 USD - 147,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. We are proud our sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during your first 60 days of employment.
Employees accrue paid time off each pay period at a rate of no less than 40 hours per year for their first year and 80 hours per year each year thereafter. You are entitled to minimum requirements for paid sick leave under appropriate state law if applicable.
