We are partnering with a prestigious global luxury watch brand to hire a Trademark Specialist and IP, Paralegal to help build and shape a newly established in-house intellectual property function. Key Responsibilities
Support all aspects of U.S. and international trademark prosecution and enforcement
Prepare and file USPTO trademark applications, renewals, statements of use, and related filings

Draft cease & desist letters and manage enforcement matters under attorney supervision
Coordinate with and oversee outside counsel and vendors
Monitor deadlines, office actions, watch notices, and potential infringement
Support TTAB matters, oppositions, cancellations, and anti-counterfeiting efforts
Help implement and manage a new case management/docketing system

Assuring that all requests from legal and title for follow‐on documentation and approvals including are made and that documentation is obtained in a timely fashion.
