Position Overview
The company is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to independently manage due diligence, support asset acquisitions, and coordinate closings across multiple transactions. This is a highly autonomous role suited for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can take full ownership of the closing process and operate with limited oversight.
You will partner closely with the Closing Lead and work alongside legal, acquisitions, and cross-functional teams on ongoing land and asset purchases.
Key Responsibilities
Transaction & Closing Management

Document & Legal Support
