As General Production - Rendering you will:
Assist in maintenance of daily logs; reports unsafe conditions; records plant operating data as required.

We are seeking a skilled and detailed-oriented Tool Room Supervisor to lead and guide tool room personnel in constructing, altering, and repairing all types of tooling and injection mold dies. This role involves fabricating and assembling tools, fixtures, and gages while ensuring high standards of precision and quality.
Responsibilities
Independently plan, layout, and perform all bench and machine operations to construct, alter, and repair complex die patterns and molds.
Analyze specifications and apply knowledge of tool/mold design, shop mathematics, and metal die casting processes.
Work from detailed drawings, blueprints, sketches, and models to visualize and compute dimensions.
Set up and operate machine tools including milling machines, lathes, grinders, CNC Mills/Lathes, and perform CAD/CAM programming.
Perform critical bench and assembly operations; may require gas or arc welding.
Conduct functional testing of completed dies and make necessary adjustments.
Use precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet rigid tolerances.
Suggest improvements in tooling and fabrication processes.
Maintain housekeeping standards and foster constructive working relationships.
Supervise and guide 3-5 employees, including training, assigning work, and resolving issues.
Wage: $21.50-$27.50 per hour DOE
Hours: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, overtime may be required
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Manufacturing preferred.
3-5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
