About the Role
SpaceLogic is seeking a ProductionSupervisor to oversee production operations, manage inventory, and coordinate project delivery across the United States and Canada. The Claims Supervisor, Operations will oversee a unit of operations associates in the Woodbridge and Mount Laurel claim departments. The unit handles a variety of claim related functions including, but not limited to data entry, rental claim handling, salvage processing, subrogation assistance and switchboard functions. In addition, this role also has responsibilities with regards to claim system applications including testing, quality assurance and production support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish and monitor unit goals for service, production and work quality.
Plan unit workflow and monitor assignment of tasks to unit members based on complexity, severity, and volume.
Perform Quality Assurance reviews on associates work product to identify trends, provide direction and feedback.
Provide management with monthly analysis of quality trends and performance of claims associates.
Conduct individual and group training on all aspects of the job.
Conduct performance reviews and counseling sessions, write performance appraisals and monitor attendance.
Make recommendations for promotions, staff changes, and salary.
Must be willing to travel to the other claim locations (Mt Laurel and/or Horsham). At least twice a month and more if needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
Five or more years of related claims experience across multiple lines of business required.

Ensuring compliance with NJDEP license requirements for the satellite facilities.

Job Description:
The Manufacturing Supervisor I/II has functional responsibility for any of the aseptic manufacturing Such as compounding, operations, preparation, filtration, filling and lyophilization, in the SVP manufacturing department.
* Supervise assigned manufacturing operations, which might include: processing source materials, equipment and component preparation and sterilization, aseptic filtration, aseptic filling, lyophilization, inspection, and packaging. Report operational status to the next level of management, and with all affected peers on a daily basis.
* Review and update manufacturing documentation associated with the manufacturing areas.
* Provide cGMP, job task, and safety training for personnel in the manufacturing areas.
* Generation, update and maintain area Standard Operating Procedures and BPR's. Compliance with cGMP through observation, training and auditing.
* Supervise hourly employee performance, including compliance with SOP's, cGMP's, and safety regulations.
* Perform deviation investigations related to assigned area of responsibility along with implementing Corrective actions to prevent recurrence of such deviations.
* Order production supplies and equipment required to manufacture product.
* Prepare production-monitoring reports and participate in analysis of product cost and budgeting process.
* Interview new employees. Provide coaching and counseling to area personnel. Conduct performance evaluations, set objectives, and performance standards for area personnel. Assist next level of management in the implementation of disciplinary action.
* Analyze and make recommendations regarding capital expenditures and efficiency improvements in the Manufacturing areas.
* Interact with all supporting departments (ex: Quality Assurance, Maintenance, PIC, etc.) to ensure production line problems are dealt with promptly and with appropriate quality considerations.
* Schedule the validation of processes and equipment.
* Ensure that all environmental monitoring limits are maintained in all areas.
Qualifications:

Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Lead is responsible for overseeing one specific production role within the manufacturing department at Glass Meadows, depending on their primary role assignment.
While the Lead will focus on one area of production, they are expected to cross-train in other production roles to ensure operational flexibility.
The Manufacturing Lead will be hired with a defined primary role but must be capable of supporting other production operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Primary Role Oversight:
The Manufacturing Lead will focus on overseeing their primary role in production, managing operations, quality control, and staff within that area.
Cross-Training in Other Roles:
Although the Lead will focus on one primary role, they will cross-train in other production areas (extraction, extraction filling, pre-roll, kitchen, post-processing) to provide support as needed.
Quality Control:
Implement and maintain strict quality control procedures in the assigned production area, ensuring that all products meet company and regulatory standards.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with local and state cannabis regulations and internal company policies within the assigned production area.
Equipment Maintenance:
Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment specific to their primary production role, ensuring all machinery is in good working order.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive logs, batch records, and reports for production in the assigned role. Provide regular updates to the applicable manager on production metrics, quality control, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Primary Role Descriptions:
Extraction Lead:
Operate and oversee both hydrocarbon and solventless extraction processes to produce high-quality cannabis concentrates.
Ensure the safe operation of extraction equipment and maintain compliance with safety protocols.
Lead the extraction team, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to timelines.
Perform quality control checks on raw materials and finished products, maintaining detailed documentation.
Post Processing Lead:
Manage the refinement and post-processing of cannabis extracts, including winterization, filtration, distillation, and product formulation.
Oversee the quality of intermediate and finished products, ensuring consistency and compliance.
Maintain and troubleshoot post-processing equipment and lead the post-processing team to optimize efficiency and product quality.
Pre-Roll Lead:
Oversee the daily operations of pre-rolled cannabis productproduction, including sourcing material, rolling, and packaging processes.
Lead the pre-roll production team, maintaining quality control standards and compliance with company policies.
Optimize pre-roll production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Extraction Filling Lead:
Manage the production of vape and concentrate products, including formulation, filling, and packaging processes.
Lead the extraction filling team, ensuring compliance with quality control and safety standards.
Maintain filling and formulation equipment.
Oversee inventory management for raw materials and finished products.
Kitchen Lead:
Oversee the production of cannabis-infused edibles, including preparation, manufacturing, and packaging in a commercial kitchen environment.
Lead the kitchen staff, ensuring quality control and compliance with food safety and cannabis regulations.
Collaborate on recipe development and optimize kitchen processes to improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred).
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in cannabis product manufacturing with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
In-depth knowledge of the assigned production role (extraction, extraction filling, pre-roll, kitchen, post-processing).
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with cannabis industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and proficiency in production management software such as Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and Metrc.
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving materials up to 50 lbs.

The targeted budget for this position is $80,000 - $90,000 annually. This compensation budget range may be adjusted at any time at the discretion of the company.
Responsibilities:
Assist with managing timelines for in house production processes.
Support internal repair and manufacturing product inventory and production flow and processes, with a focus on high quality and meeting customer timelines
Recruit, hire and manage a growing team of bench jewelers, polishers, setters.
Support with ensuring the team has the appropriate tools and machinery to meet business objectives.
Guide day to day team performance, empowering the team and facilitating problem-solving.
Report on team KPIs and identify opportunities to continuously improve upon best practices.
Focus on process & system automation, cost effectiveness, quality, efficiency and accuracy.
Assist with leadingthe team to uphold Brilliant Earth's high quality product standards and timelines.

Qualifications:
5-7 years' experience in jewelry production lifecycle, including filing, polishing, setting & re-polishing to finished product, and repair
Robust knowledge of Excel and inventory tracking systems, Diaspark a plus
Experience leading teams of bench jewelers, polishers, and setters to achieve KPIs and goals.
Highly organized with focus on execution, problem solving, and improving processes

We are seeking an innovative and highly motivated Manufacturing Supervisor for Cell Therapy Operations to join our team who will be responsible for ramp-up and oversight of the cGMP operations within a state-of-the-art multi-product cell therapy manufacturing facility that will be utilized to manufacture autologous and allogeneic cell therapy products. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related field required
A minimum of 6+ years of operations experience within a cGMP environment in the biotech/biopharma industry with a minimum of 3 years leadership experience. Cell/Gene Therapy experience required, CDMO experience preferred. With experience in tech transfer, process validation, and change management
Previous experience interacting directly with the FDA and other regulatory agencies. Substantial knowledge of Quality Systems, GMP, FDA, GAMP, ISO and other applicable standards
Demonstrated experience in managing GMP manufacturing operations and on time delivery of quality products
Must be able to manage shifting priorities to meet critical deadlines in a fast paced and dynamic, growing environment, while providing clear direction to team members
Develop and build cohesive, high performing teams with a strong sense of mission, providing training and mentoring to build sufficient management depth throughout the organization and ensure strong succession planning
