An international chemical manufacturing company is currently searching for an experienced Production Supervisor to join their facility in the Troy, Ohio area. This is a full-time and direct hire position, with openings on multiple shifts available.
Production Supervisor Responsibilities Include:
Supervision of shift production associates; participate in the hiring and training process for new employees and oversee performance reviews, disciplinary measures, timekeeping, etc.
Lead daily and weekly team meetings for associates and team / group leaders
Production planning and scheduling, as well as assisting in production process improvements
Ensure compliance with environmental and safety requirements (OSHA, etc.)
Coordination with all shifts and departments to ensure accurate completion / shipment / delivery of products
Creation of production documentation and activity reports for upper management
Other duties as assigned
Production Supervisor Requirements Include:
Associate's degree in an engineering field is preferred, OR equivalent work experience
At least 1-3 years' work experience in production supervision, or similar leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
CPR / OSHA / First Aid certifications is a plus but not required
Good computer skills and familiarity and Microsoft Office applications
Understanding of continuous improvement processes
Strong communication and leadership ability in a multicultural environment
This position includes manufacturing and warehousing work environment. US Power Sourcing Operations Leader

Ensure fulfillment of all hardware from NPI through production life cycle for all US Power Businesses. Achieve the best contractual conditions while also ensuring internal customer satisfaction. Roles and Responsibilities
* Lead Business fulfillment process to drive fulfillment of all products on time, every time

General Purpose

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
