Proactively identifies areas of risk and takes appropriate action to mitigate these risks using risk management processes.

Customer requests and concerns are explored, weighed, and presented appropriately to management/departments to be addressed.
When necessary, facilitates the partnering of Engineering and/or Operations with the customer to improve upon the design and manufacturability of the product.
Capable of leading all aspects of customer interchange meetings.
Leads and mentors the Integrated Product Team and works collaboratively with Technical Managers to ensure program cost, schedule and technical performance objectives are satisfied.

The Manager of Maintenance Programs is responsible for development, maintenance and revision of AIRMOB aircraft maintenance programs, preparation of technical data and detailed task cards, work instructions, and heavy maintenance packages, and oversight of maintenance programs and records data of new aircraft entering into service. The position supervises the Fleet Strategy and Asset Planning Manager and ensures technical records data accuracy of aircraft entering into service. The Maintenance ProgramsManager coordinates closely with applicable regulatory authorities, AIRMOB's Head of Quality and Airworthiness for maintenance programs auditing and compliance, Metrea Asset Management, and other stakeholders involved with aircraft entering into services.
Role and Responsibilities
Oversee the development and accuracy of the Aircraft Maintenance Programs for the full AIRMOB fleet, and related Work Instruction Cards.
Continuously reviews applicable technical data from OEMs, engineering authorities and regulatory agencies to ensure programs reflect the most current inspection requirements for the fleet.
Develop bridging activities between inspection programs to standardize maintenance activities and increase mechanical reliability.
Coordinate maintenance program(s) and revisions with Head of Technical Services and the appropriate regulatory agencies.
Oversee the development/maintenance of Minimum Equipment List (MEL/DDPG) in coordination with Flight Operations, Maintenance and Airworthiness.
Develop bridging requirements to integrate newly acquired aircraft into the Aircraft Maintenance Inspection Programs.
Manage fleet strategy and asset management activities for data integrity and records accuracy of data entered into MIS for aircraft entering into service
Obtain regulatory approval when required for modifications/repairs performed on aircraft, powerplants and components in coordination with the Head of Technical Services and the Head of Quality and Airworthiness.
Participate in industry working groups, steering committees, meetings and conferences.
Skills and Experience
10+ years' experience developing aircraft inspection programs, including but not limited to KC-135 military aircraft maintenance and inspection programs and technical data.
Ability to understand complex technical data/documents and translate them to maintenance instructions.
Experience with 14 CFR and coordinating with regulatory agencies.
Project management experience, including software implementation and cross-functional coordination.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.

Salary range for this position is expected to be between $130,000 and $200,000, and may vary based upon education, experience, qualifications, licensure/certifications, and geographic location. This position is eligible for performance and incentive compensation.
