This role requires a detail-oriented leader with a strong background in construction project management, estimating, and client relations. Key Responsibilities Meet property owners onsite for pre-construction meetings and be able to communicate expected timelines, job start requirements, job duration, etc. Work with in-house selections team, estimating department and admin team to ensure materials required for job are approved, ordered, the job is kept within budget, and the property owners are kept up to date during reconstruction. Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities Supervise the work of laborers, tradesmen, subcontractors, etc. and give them guidance when needed. A combination of being onsite and daily photo updates from subs onsite will be needed to ensure progress and quality of work.
