ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Assist the Head of IA/IC in developing and executing the scope of audit responsibilities for the Par Health Internal Audit Team. Adjust as necessary to align with Par Health's business strategies, emerging risks, and the Internal Audit charter, as approved by the Audit Committee.
Co-develop the annual risk-based audit plan by utilizing IA's risk assessment methodology, which includes identifying relevant risks, seeking input from leadership, owning the department's risk assessment model, and generating the annual plan for Audit Committee approval.
Supports SOX 404 business process and IT activities, including overseeing documentation and testing internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR).
If applicable, lead/manage an outsourced team in conducting financial, operational, compliance, and IT audits, including audit planning, execution, reviewing audit work papers, and drafting audit reports.
Responsible for resource management and assisting the audit team in overall audit plan completion.
Assist with the department's systems and tools, such as software updates, implementations, troubleshooting issues, and guiding the department in best practices.
Makes recommendations on utilizing data analysis tools and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness for all internal audits, including best practices in data validation to ensure the reliability of results.
Manages forensic auditing and leads the interview process to investigate suspected criminal law or corporate policy violations, including theft, fraud, embezzlement, conflicts of interest, collusion, kickbacks, and record falsification.
Identify and clearly define audit issues and root causes, recommend improved internal controls and processes, and ensure corrective action plans are developed and implemented-present findings to audit leadership and management.
Remain current on technology advances; attend/join relevant professional organizations (e.g., IIA, ISACA, ACFE), industry conferences, and round tables.
Promote a zero-tolerance control environment where fraud or non-compliance is unacceptable and difficult to conceal.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To qualify for this highly visible position, candidates must have:
BA / BS in Accounting or Finance, MBA preferred.
CPA or CIA is preferred, and CFE is highly desirable.
Certification in data analysis software is a plus.
Experience with data visualizations and the ability to summarize complex data from multiple sources.

2. Orientate assigned new clients to the services and procedures of the CDS Program, documenting all such orientation.
3. Serve as liaison with residential staff.
4. Responsible for the development of implementation strategies, including assessments, planning, coordination, facilitating the planning meeting in collaboration with the QIDP's.
5. Participate in staffings/person centered plan for all assigned clients.
6. Make referrals on behalf of assigned clients to appropriate resources.
7. Serve as an advocate for clients with other community resources. Emphasis should be placed upon providing supports and services in accordance with the clients' strengths, talents, and interests.
8. Spend a significant portion of time working with clients and direct care staff, demonstrating goal/outcome implementation and gathering input for developing future client goals/outcomes.
10. Write Monthly Progress Notes on goals/outcomes for assigned clients.
12. Serve as head coach for all Special Olympics activities for the CDS Program. Attend all coaches meetings and Special Olympics events and competitions.
13. Complete other duties as necessary or related to the successful completion of other stated position duties, or as mutually agreed.
14. Perform routine office and CDS activities, including driving, lifting 50 pounds, answering phones, & operating computer.
15. Participate in Person Centered Planning Facilitation training on a regular basis.
16. Hire, supervise, orientate, evaluate, and discipline community day staff. Perform 3 month and initial evaluations and subsequent annual evaluations. Supervise Human Service intern/students, etc.
17. Coordinate staff meetings. Attend other staff meetings as assigned: Clinicals, Safety Committee, Managers Meeting, Human Rights, and All Staff.

Provide advice and support to manage the IS throughout the life cycle including cost, schedule, and performance system development, and after initial operating capability (IOC) transitions the systems to operations.
Provide advice and support to the PM during the early stages of the system life cycle to initiate the C&A process, negotiate the security requirements that must be met, and the technical security features of the IS.
Responsible for ensuring that security guidance flows from the PM to the developer for satisfying the requirements to deliver the system, to include the schedule for delivering a certified and accredited system.
