Partnering with other OGC members throughout and engaging, working with and managing outside legal counsel as necessary. * Primary legal counsel on commercial lease agreements, including negotiations and advising FTCH internal contract stakeholders on issues such as permissible arrangements with health care providers, rent payments, lease renewals or terminations, subleasing, maintenance, repairs, and dispute resolution. * Functions as lead attorney on property and other tax issues impacting FTCH, including management and administration of the drafting, review, negotiation of tax-related transactional documents and agreements, and related dispute resolution.
