While marketing and business development opportunities are available, they are not required, as we rely on our deep roots in Central Virginia and established referral networks to bring business to us.
Associate Compensation: We offer an annual salary with a unique opportunity to earn a *significant monthly bonus*, making potential total compensation competitive with the larger firm markets in the area. Each of our attorneys receives a monthly Profit and Loss statement. Associates keep 25% of their monthly profit as a bonus. This compensation model has been very successful and well supported. Our associates earn an average of $5,000 to 7,000 per month bonus, sometimes higher.

* Active and unrestricted realestate license
* Minimum of 1 year residential realestatesales experience, ideally with closed transactions; or related realestate experience including but not limited to prior experience with Redfin in a realestate capacity
* You are a trusted advisor with in-depth experience leading clients through the home buying and selling process
* You have a proven track record of winning web leads and clients over, closing deals and earning referral business
* You have excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
* You embrace technology to build your business and collaborate efficiently
The compensation information below is provided in compliance with all applicable job posting disclosure requirements.
This is a commission-based role with unlimited upside. Commissions in this role are expected to range from $30,000-$1,250,000. On average, agents make $165,000, but there is uncapped potential.
