Job Description The G&A Recruiter will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, including HR, Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and the ELT, driving full-cycle recruitment and talent strategy. Advanced Sourcing & Pipeline Development Build, nurture, and manage proactive talent pipelines for critical and future-facing roles. Utilize expert-level knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Insights, and AI-enabled sourcing tools to surface high-caliber talent. Apply advanced Boolean search, persona-based sourcing, and competitive mapping strategies. Assessment & Interviewing Expertise Certified or highly experienced in VBI (Value Based Interviewing) and BBI (Behavior Based Interviewing) methodologies. Experienced in facilitating and coaching leaders on Case Study assessments, including panel interview design and evaluation calibration. Train hiring teams on structured interviewing, bias mitigation, and consistent evaluation standards. AI, Automation & Recruiting Innovation Leverage modern AI tools, prompts, and sourcing automations to increase recruiter efficiency and quality of hire. Stay up to date with emerging recruiting technologies, competitive platforms, and talent intelligence tools. Coach ELT and hiring managers on how AI is transforming talent markets and what skillsets will matter most over the next 3-5 years. Candidate Experience & Relationship Management Deliver a high-touch, transparent candidate journey from first contact through offer acceptance. Maintain strong relationships with leaders, HRBPs, and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment on priorities. Represent WD as a brand ambassador to the external talent market. Qualifications Required Qualifications: 7-10+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 4+ years supporting Sales, Marketing, and HR roles (enterprise or global scale preferred). Deep expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, and advanced Boolean sourcing; certifications strongly preferred. Strong understanding of modern recruiting technologies, including AI sourcing tools, prompt engineering, talent intelligence platforms, and CRM automations. Demonstrated ability to partner with executives and influence senior-level decision-makers. Proven experience building and sustaining long-term pipelines for high-impact G&A roles.
