Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree and 3-6 years of full-time recruiting experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience). * Experience recruiting for trades positions is highly desirable. * Fluency in both English and Spanish. * Comprehensive knowledge of recruiting best practices and current industry trends. * Knowledge of multiple functional areas of HR, administrative processes, and long- and short-term projects * Demonstrate success in recruiting for a wide variety of positions, including management, entry-level college graduates, and skilled trades, across multiple states. * Proven experience in all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, including job advertising, applicant tracking systems, and onboarding procedures. * Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on positive interactions with all stakeholders. * A proactive and hands-on work ethic. * Proficiency with standard business software. * Demonstrated ability to handle situations with tact, diplomacy, and sound judgment. * Highly developed interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, enabling effective and proactive interaction with all levels of internal and external management, vendors, and agencies, with a strong focus on sensitivity and change management within diverse cultural and corporate environments. * Alignment to Shirley Standards of Excellence: Self-Motivated, Results Oriented, Adaptable, Team Player, Accountable, Ethical, Innovative, Resilient, Builds Relationships, Builds People & Teams, Sets Direction & Executes. * Familiarity with Workday is preferred. * Successful completion of pre-employment physical and drug screening.
