What You'll Do:
* Design, develop and deliver Salesforce CRM training, tools and resources to ensure sales teams are proficient in using the system.

What We're Looking For:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, communications, business or related field, or equivalent experience.
* Minimum of 4 - 6 years of related experience.
* Ability to facilitate both in-person and virtual training for small and large groups.
* Proficiency in instructional design techniques, especially those aligned with adult learning principles.
* Strong understanding of how to measure the success of sales with a focus on driving measurable results.
