Front line operations role responsible for direct supervision of daily activities of employees. Utilizes employees in the most efficient manner to maximize production and minimize costs. Leads and maintains the highest safety standards within the host Mill. Responsibilities: Ensure a safe workplace. Lead by example and adhere to safety requirements in a scrap and slag yard environment. Always wearing proper PPE and addressing any employee not adhering to PPE requirements. Lead a production team and effectively manage each shift to maximize production and minimize costs in the most efficient manner.
