About the role
As the TalentPartnerPartner at Weee!, you will be a critical point of contact and a part of the candidate experience as we recruit for our mission! As a team player, you are deeply committed to ensuring a smooth interviewing experience in a startup environment. You are agile, scrappy, and eager to learn about the business and to communicate this to candidates. From the first encounter, you'll have candidates excited to engage and interview with us! You'll be a talent advisor for all the hiring managers and work closely with them strategically to fill the roles. You will lead the end to end recruitment process and support our Corporate, Fulfillment Center Operations and Logistics teams at Weee!
Responsibilities
Partner closely with hiring business leaders and managers to become a subject matter expert in the field. Understand how positions are able to impact the organization and advise on the best hiring strategy based on your deep understanding of the labor market and competitive landscape
Source, target and engage passive candidates and understand their aspirations, while providing detailed information on the position requirements and company vision and plans
Strategize and leverage various sourcing techniques and channels to identify candidates and maintain a healthy pipeline for priority roles
Serve as the Weee!'s cultural evangelist. Maintain professional and courteous communication with candidates to foster long-term relationships for the potential future needs
Identify and manage candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial contact through offer acceptance
Meticulously track and maintain to date and a compliant record of candidate pipelines in our ATS (Greenhouse)
Implement and execute recruiting programs to attract top talent
Report timely recruiting progress to internal stakeholders
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of sourcing/full-cycle recruiting experiences (in-house experience preferred)
Experience and proficiency in Google Suite, ATS and job posting platforms such as Indeed, handshake, and LinkedIn.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven track record in sourcing and hiring passive candidates from top companies
Take hiring as a partnership and collaborate with hiring teams
Have the gift to build rapport with candidates and give them a good candidate experience
Extremely strong attention to detail
Proactive, will follow up when things don't get resolved
Interested in stretching out to cover wider range of recruitment projects
Compensation Range
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $87,500 - $103,000
This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location
