Education and Experience
10+ years of industry experience; manufacturing preferred (consumer products a plus)
5+ years experience directly leading or managing employees in their work plans
Demonstrated break-through business results delivery

Experience with capital project management
Strong technical expertise in high-speed assembly equipment, mechanical fundamentals, power control, and information systems.
