We are seeking a Fabrication Technician Assistant to join a production and maintenance team. The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented individual who will be responsible for a variety of hands-on tasks supporting unit fabrication, equipment maintenance, and facility upkeep. This role requires an understanding of basic tool usage and a willingness to learn various skilled trades. The individual in this position will be responsible for building and maintaining inventory, as well as performing basic carpentry, plumbing, and metalwork tasks. The Fabrication Technician Assistant will assist with electrical and fabrication processes, equipment repair, unit testing and preparation, and other work assignments as needed. Production & Fabrication Support: Execute assigned tasks during each phase of the unit production process, including framing, insulation, installing walls/hoods, cutting in doors and windows, cutting metal for welders, flooring/doors/window installation, bending/installing trim, painting, and cleaning.
