DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: In a professional and friendly manner, answers incoming phone calls, dispenses exam preparations and instructions, and responds to general imaging questions. Prepares patients for exams and explains procedure to patients. Assists the schedulers, technologists, and other coworkers in the department as needed with various responsibilities relating to radiology and medical imaging. Assists with documentation for appropriate patient information necessary for exam interpretation and patient care and submitting images to radiology PACS and electronic medical record system.
