**Duties and Responsibilities:**

Job Description
The Products team is responsible for developing and delivering the future of payments in Central America and the Caribbean. This role will be based in Puerto Rico - a market rapidly emerging as a strategic hub for blockchain and stablecoin innovation due to its favorable legal framework, Genius Act incentives, and unique role as a gateway to the U.S. and North America.
Approximately 30% of the role will focus on managing and optimizing traditional and current Visa digital payment products for issuing clients in Puerto Rico, having full P&L accountability for product delivery across Puerto Rico's clients. Education and Experience Required
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields such as Marketing, Finance, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
• Minimum of five (5) years in ProductManagement or related areas (Business/Product Requirements, Product Analysis, Agile Methodology).
• Experience in the fintech or payments industry preferred (card-present environments, digital payments, merchant solutions).

Additional Information:
