THIS IS FOR FIRST SHIFT
JOB FUNCTION:
The purpose of this position is to support the production line to ensure workflow continues and avoids any line down time.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Transporting part to and from production line.
2. Stack & unstack materials.
3. Loading/unloading trucks.
4. General housekeeping of work area.
5. Performs other duties as directed.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responding to radio calls.
2. Managing inventory levels of fixtures.
3. Working as a team player to ensure customer satisfaction
4. Follow OSHA guidelines and MPW safety standards
5. Ability to follow directions as provided by supervisor.
6. Reports any and all issues to the supervisor immediately
7. Demonstrates a considerate, friendly, and constructive attitude toward fellow employees and the customer (HONDA).
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred.
2. Some High School education acceptable.
3. Able to work safely and efficiently.
4. Forklift, Receiving, and Computer knowledge a plus but not required.
5. Understanding of mechanical concepts and applications.
6. Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
7. Professional oral and written interpersonal communications.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Ability to move up to 50 Lbs., with or without accommodation.
2. Ability to maintain a consistent workload that involves physical manual labor.
3. Ability to maintain alertness and fitness for duty.

Job Description
This role is responsible for directing IT project management staff, knowledge, skills, tools, and
techniques to IT project activities in order to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of all projects
stakeholders - including the customer. This includes the management of critical project components
including project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resource, communications, risk, and
procurement through all phases of the systems life cycle.
Responsible for the coordinated management of a portfolio of projects to achieve a set of specific
business objectives not available from managing projects individually. Directs programs from original
concept, through IT solution definition and design to final implementation. Interfaces with all areas
affected by the program including executive levels. Directs program strategy and objectives. Provides
senior oversight of detailed work plans, schedules, program estimates, resource plans, and status
reports. Directs program meetings, program tracking and analysis. Directs the review of program
deliverables. Provides project management guidance and oversight to project teams. Provides IT
thought leadership and continuous improvement for overall IT delivery performance. Communicates with IT Vice President and above regarding status of specific programs.
Responsibilities
Acts as a point of reference for the Sector as it relates to IT project management, including:
Organizational Interfaces -
* Directs and co-ordinates interaction with Business Unit Management Team - representing IT in the development of Business Strategy for the sector. Identify IT requirements in support of expanding business strategy for the assigned sector.
* Directs efforts in assessing the fit of complex IT solutions and identifying gaps early for subsequent evaluation in the pursuit/solution development process.
* Directs and co-ordinates participation in new product evaluations to define requirements and assess business fit for assigned sector or division.
* Directs IT competency and capability in the early stages of lead and proposal development for all opportunities.
* Directs the development of the IT section of response to customers RFP / RFI / RFQ's for new business opportunities for all opportunities.
* Delivers, or directs staff in the delivery of, customer/partner presentations for all opportunities
* Directs and co-ordinates productive business relationships with all levels of customer, business
* partners, and vendor management.
Project Planning & Administration -
* Directs efforts to conceptualize a solution of significant scope across multiple applications and/or platforms.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
* Help maintain district MDM systems, and media systems (TVs, projectors, screen sharing devices).
