The Network Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting the organization's network infrastructure. This role ensures reliable and secure operation of wired and wireless networks by monitoring performance, responding to incidents, and assisting with upgrades and configurations. The Network Technician works closely with network engineers, system administrators, and end users to support day-to-day network operations and long-term technical initiatives. Responsibilities The following reflects management's definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Monitor network performance and respond to connectivity issues, outages, and degradation.
