    BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The purpose of this position is to provide customer service to clients of the 3 Wichita Falls Airport operation locations and to provide complex administrative support to the Wichita Falls Regional Airport and Fixed Base Operations divisions. This includes fuel purchase, hangar rental, vendor rental and income. It will also be responsible for reconciling ticketed passenger sales for American Airlines for the purpose of fee collection. 4 S Verifies and tickets charter flight passengers prior to security screening. 5 S Maintains department and vendor inventories by reviewing items and fuel on hand, assisting with purchases, and ordering general supplies. 6 S Compiles data and tabulations; type letters, reports, and prepare statistical reports according to departmental procedure and post, update, and verify accounts receivable records; process related reports and vouchers. 7 S Maintains detailed and complex records and filing systems, check, verify documents, and badge applications. 8 S Occasionally coordinates repairs and maintenance with other divisions, departments and outside agencies.
