About the Role
We're hiring on behalf of a youth-focused nonprofit that delivers diversion, behavior intervention, and leadership programs. This role supports program operations, data management, external relations, and event logistics. Flexible hours are available, but some evenings/weekends are required (programs typically run 4-8 PM; schedules provided two weeks in advance).
Job Description
Program Support: Assist with Diversion, Behavior Intervention, and Youth Leadership programs-manage referrals, registration, correspondence, logistics, and reporting.
Administrative & External Relations: Maintain reception area, phone system, mail, vendor coordination, inventory, and supply purchasing.
Event Management: Organize staff meetings, professional development, and internal/external events; manage calendars and travel arrangements.
Data & Reporting: Oversee databases, generate reports, support compliance, and maintain online presence.
Technology & Tools: MS Office Suite, Outlook, SharePoint, Canva, SurveyMonkey, Google Forms, Zoom, Teams, Google Drive, Aprocot database.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Sun Country Airlines is seeking a Leave Administration Specialist to ensure accurate internal processing and communication for employee leaves administered by a third-party vendor. This role updates scheduling systems, coordinates with payroll, and ensures compliance with federal, state, and collective bargaining agreement (CBA) requirements. Job Description
The Administrative Assistant/ Senior Business Services Specialist provides courteous, accurate, and efficient administrative support for sales and rental functions, ensuring a positive impression of Midwest Great Dane for both internal and external customers. This role supports branch personnel and contributes to the smooth operation of the office by managing clerical tasks, customer interactions, and essential documentation.
This is an on-site role and the shift for this position is Mon-Fri 8:00 AM- 4:30PM
What you'll do:
* Prepare quotations and orders, collect required signatures, and distribute documents via email.
* Verify completion of all required trailer sales documentation; process customer invoices, license sold trailers and send copies to customers.
* Forward sales payments to the appropriate departments.
* Maintain accurate and timely sales files.
* Update unit inventory status (new, trades, on hold, sold) in the system.
* Keep customer profiles current through system updates.
* Process miscellaneous billings related to sales and rental.
* Provide clerical support for sales and rental departments within agreed deadlines.
* Interact with rental customers, obtain credit applications, print rental contracts, invoice rentals, and maintain insurance certificates.
* Process card transactions and deposit checks received.
* Answer and direct incoming, outgoing, and inter-office calls using a multi-line phone system; relay messages promptly.
* Distribute all incoming email and correspondence to the appropriate departments and also prepare any outgoing mail.
* Order and inventory of office supplies and forms.
* Establish and maintain professional relationships with suppliers, customers, and co-workers.
* Perform other duties as requested by the Office Administrator.

Who you are:
Minimum Qualifications:
* High School Diploma/GED
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* 2-3 years of general office experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Previous experience working in an office environment with multi-line phone systems.
* Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office software; prior experience with Karmak preferred.
* Accurate alphanumeric and 10-key data entry skills.

Leave Administration Specialist Overview:
Sun Country Airlines is seeking a Leave Administration Specialist to ensure accurate internal processing and communication for employee leaves administered by a third-party vendor. This role updates scheduling systems, coordinates with payroll, and ensures compliance with federal, state, and collective bargaining agreement (CBA) requirements. The Leave Specialist acts as the liaison between HR, operations, and payroll to maintain seamless leave administration and proper pay handling. While core hours are Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, weekend availability for any urgent leave/pay needs may be requested.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

Process approved leaves in accordance with federal and state regulations, CBAs, and company policies.
Update employee schedules and leave status in AIMS (crew scheduling system for pilots and flight attendants).

Support return-to-work processes, including schedule adjustments and notifications.
Stay informed on changes in leave laws, CBAs, and company policies; recommend updates as needed.

Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
