What You Will Do

What You Need
Minimum Required:
* Bachelor's degree

Position Summary: The Clinical Supervisor oversees, leads, and develops staff and manages daily operations within the service area, through effective leadership, communication, organization, and planning. Requirements
Required Education and Licensure
* Master's degree in Social Services, Social Work, Clinical Counseling, Psychology, or clinically related field required.

* Experience in adolescent, adult, and family-based behavioral counseling and/or clinical experience required.
* Valid driver's license required. Must meet state regulating agency and Home Office driving requirements

At Houston Methodist, the Manager Clinical Trials position is responsible for managing complex research projects that may involve single or multiple sites and/or research teams conducting research activities. This position directly supervises research staff to ensure effective planning, oversight and coordination of clinical research projects. * Track and log daily/weekly sample collections, deviations, processing results, and shipments using internal LIMS system and eCRF

Psychiatric Nurse Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
Provides skilled nursing services that promote consumer recovery within the parameters of professional nursing practice. Coordinates care (routine, urgent, crisis) among primary healthcare, behavioral healthcare, dental, pharmacy, and specialty services inside and outside the agency, including, but not limited to:
Prescription prior authorization, appeals, adherence
Secure releases of information from past or current providers and obtains relevant information
Facilitates and monitors internal and external treatment referrals.
Monitors progress in achieving goals to demonstrate improvement in the care and clinical outcome of the consumers receiving Psychiatric Nurse Care Coordination services.
Complete all clinical documentation related to the position within compliance with regulatory and agency requirements.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Registered Nurse (RN) OR Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) able to practice in Minnesota.
Must meet minimum qualifications as a Mental Health Practitioner as outlined in MN Statute 245i.04: Sec. 245I.04 MN Statutes
Knowledge of and ability to work effectively with persons who experience serious and persistent mental health problems. Knowledge of mental health service delivery and case management principles with a treatment service continuum.

**Responsibilities**
The Clinical Anatomy Specialist provides operational support for the Mayo Clinic Body Donation Program (MCBDP) and the interface between the MCBDP and the Clinical Anatomy Laboratory (CAL). Provides an operational perspective for program decisions. This includes being an informational resource for individuals interested in whole body donation; responding to and triaging death notifications during and after regular business hours and on an on-call basis; communicating with donor families and health care professionals; determining whether donors can be accepted into the MCBDP; arranging for donor collection, transportation and delivery and processing death certificates; and processing body donors and managing the inventory of body donor tissue. The Clinical Anatomy Specialist maintains communication with families as required during the time donors are in the care of the MCBDP and arranges for final disposition of body donors, including processing of remains and return or
internment of ashes.
The Clinical Anatomy Specialist performs a variety of key functions in support of the Department of Clinical Anatomy, the MCBDP and the Clinical Anatomy Laboratory (CAL). These functions may include, but not be limited to, the following duties as assigned:
1. Responding to enquiries from prospective donors, registered donors and their families by phone, mail and email and communicating policies and procedures.
2. Working with donor families, state officials, funeral homes, healthcare facilities and medical professionals to obtain medical records where possible and coordinate the review and acceptance or denial of donors into the MCBDP.
3. Coordinating with transportation service providers to facilitate transition of donors to Mayo Clinic.
4. Coordinating with external providers of donor tissue to facilitate receipt, processing and return of external donor tissue.
5. Generating death and donation documents as required by law and Mayo Clinic policies.
6. Preparation of body donor material and surgical environments for educational, clinical and research activities conducted in the CAL and other approved Mayo Clinic locations. This includes initial receiving,portioning, embalming, harvesting, labeling, transporting, storing, care, reclaiming, final disposition and proper record keeping of human specimens, always ensuring that the cadaveric material is treated with the utmost dignity and respect.
7. Coordination and management of body donor tissue inventory to ensure optimal, maximal and appropriate use in accordance with Mayo Clinic policies and procedures and utilizing relevant information system.
8. Working with Anatomy Laboratory Technicians to help support CAL activities, including preparing the environment, care and operation of equipment, instrument set-up, cleaning and sterilization, assisting with surgical procedures and re-setting following an activity. These activities may occur and require support outside of the regular working day, most commonly evenings and weekends.
9. Supporting the donor disposition process, including cremation by external funeral homes and internal cremation by alkaline hydrolysis.
10. Facilitating the return of cremated remains to donor families or internment of remains in the Mayo Clinic vault.
11. Assisting with scheduling laboratory space and donor tissue and the associated internal billing and external contracting process.
12. Assisting with the annual Convocation of Thanks for donor families.
13. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

**Qualifications**
A bachelor's degree in a life science or healthcare related field is required, preferably in Mortuary science or surgical

Position Summary: The Clinical Supervisor oversees, leads, and develops staff and manages daily operations within the service area, through effective leadership, communication, organization, and planning. This role is responsible for collaboratively meeting budgeted census projections while providing leadership to the Clinical team.
Primary responsibilities
Clinical Planning & Service Delivery
* Develops, implements, and maintains operational and clinical policies, procedures and systems that support efficient and effective delivery of services to clients per Nexus guidelines.
* Fosters a trauma-informed care environment; responsible for establishing and maintaining a positive clinical culture and identifying and implementing necessary changes to ensure success.
* Advances daily decisions, problem-solves, and provides hands-on direction of all staff; works collaboratively with staff to monitor the healthy functioning of the clinical environment.
* Contributes to the creation of and implementation of the organization and agency's vision and strategic initiatives; guides assigned staff in working toward and achieving the agency's goals and objectives.
* Continuously monitors client treatment and proactively implements improvements and enhancements as warranted; identifies and analyzes potential or current opportunities and risk factors within the service area.
* Collaborates with service leadership in evaluating long-term strategic changes that support the clinical process.
Clinical Strategy
* In collaboration with CQI (Quality), assesses and interprets service and performance data; identifies client and service trends, risk, outcomes, and compliance opportunities.
* Maintains accountability and oversight of clinical processes, team performance, and service outcomes; may provide direct, individual, family, and group therapies to clients when applicable.
* Facilitates the engagement, collaboration, questions and concerns of client and families.
* Understands the training needs of the service area and agency; collaborates with Nexus home office in ensuring staff attend and participate in required trainings.
* Regularly assesses and reviews staff performance and functioning, client needs, and service requirements.
Service & Treatment Plans
* Participates in the evaluation of prospective clients; ensures staff readiness and understanding of service area expectations.
* Oversees the development and implementation of service and treatment plans.
* Ensures client assessments are conducted, per established standards and guidelines.
* Understands and abides by necessary licensing requirements and guidelines.
* Ensures reports and records documentation are produced accurately and maintained in a consistent, timely, confidential, and professional manner.
Employee Selection, Training & Performance Evaluation
* Actively participates in the interviewing and hiring process; orients, mentors, trains, and develops staff with organizational and licensing guidelines, and ensures the process is consistently and effectively administered.
* Monitors and facilitates the development of staff skills regarding service and treatment plans and the preparation and maintenance of client documentation.
* Provides performance feedback to staff on an ongoing basis and conducts formal, performance evaluations that provide meaningful, constructive, positive, and developmental performance feedback.
* Models, supports, and provides mentorship on the Nexus philosophy and treatment modalities.
* Consults with Human Resources regarding employee corrective action or performance improvement opportunities.
Staff Monitoring & Service Area Policy
* Ensures confidentiality regarding client background and treatment; complies with Nexus policies involving client privacy, boundaries, and confidentiality.
* Demonstrates compassion and understanding for feelings, opinions, and experiences of others, and communicates and interacts in a manner that is honest, positive, respectful, and professional.
* Adheres to and monitors compliance with safety and health codes and procedures for staff, clients, and the facility; identifies areas of opportunities within health and safety compliance.
* Regularly conducts inspections of service areas and reviews the client records; responds to and resolves health and safety concerns within a reasonable time frame.
* Demonstrates acceptance and respectfulness of clients and coworkers toward diversity including gender, race, age, culture, ethnicity, class, religion, sexual preference, disability, and gender identity.
Participates in the development and accountability of the budget.
Requirements
Required Education and Licensure
* Master's degree in Social Services, Social Work, Clinical Counseling, Psychology, or clinically related field required.
* Must obtain or be working toward licensure as LGSW, LISW, LAMFT, LPC.
* Experience in adolescent, adult, and family-based behavioral counseling and/or clinical experience required.
* Valid driver's license required. Must meet state regulating agency and Home Office driving requirements
* Must have the ability to build strong relationships with diverse individuals or communities and understand their unique needs and challenges.
* Must be open to meeting the cultural needs of individuals or communities, considering factors such as language, traditions, and values.
Nice to Have:
* Five (5) years' experience in adolescent, adult, and family-based behavioral counseling and/or residential experience preferred.
* Two (2) years supervisory experience preferred.
* Licensure preferred.

$80,000 - $90,000 annually
The Clinical Supervisor oversees applied behavior analysis (ABA) clinical services and therapy operations for an assigned therapy site/POD, or caseload. This role provides clinical expertise, industry-specific knowledge, evidence-based practices, and innovative recommendations to benefit the treatment team and overall clinical outcomes of Partners' Clients. The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical support, direction and supervision to program supervisors and all levels of providers within the ABA program. The Clinical Supervisor is expected to provide services that place the highest priority on the ethical delivery of therapy, based on industry recognized best practices, with the interests of the clients at the center of their efforts. The Clinical Supervisor maintains a professional and ethical relationship with Partners' Clients and fellow employees. The Clinical Supervisor demonstrates leadership in the POD, center, and throughout the company. The Clinical Supervisor communicates regularly with the Center Manager regarding client and staff performance. They also may assist with specific company functions, projects, or initiatives
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
MA, MS, or Ph.D. required
Current BCBA, or BCBA-D licensure in WI and/or MN
Ability and willingness to obtain and maintain licensure in both MN and WI.
Licensure must be in good standing in Wisconsin (WI) and Minnesota (MN)
At least 2,000 hours of clinical experience and/or training in the examination and/or treatment of people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or a related condition.
OR
Completed the equivalent in graduate-level coursework at an accredited university (refer to equivalent coursework section).
Successfully passed an initial and subsequent background checks (no history of felonies, substantiated client maltreatment or vulnerable adult incidents, or disqualifying misdemeanors)
If providing supervision hours and training to students pursuing their BCBA, they must have completed Behavior Analyst Certification Board Approved 8-hour Supervisor Training Course
Must possess a valid driver's license
