As a Successful Sales Coordinator Specialist, You Will:
Develop, implement and manage marketing strategies to meet or exceed sales goals, generate interest, establish positive relationships with the community and to maintain and increase occupancy. The position is a traveling position that requires extended overnight travel in excess of 80%.
Research market, demographics, competition, products, customer needs and follow through on all sales leads and referrals.
Create plans and take proactive measures to market the community to prospective.
Work in conjunction with the Community Manager in new/used home sales and home.
Prepare and distribute advertising materials in order to gain visibility in the marketplace.
Implement sales strategies to help maintain and increase home sales
Understand, communicate and document all customer, vendor and financial transactions for future potential clients.
Assist Community Manager with general office responsibilities.
Assist with cleaning, repairing and making homes available for sale.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
A minimum of 2 - 3 years of sales experience required; property management experience, preferred.
High school diploma or GED required.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Strong organizational, time management and follow-through skills.
Detailed orientated and the ability to work independently.
Valid driver's license and the ability to travel between communities.

The Case Coordinator serves an integral role in reviewing, assessing, and responding to safety concerns involving students at the West Lafayette campus in addition to serving as a consultant to Purdue staff at additional campuses including Purdue Polytechnic Institute Statewide and Purdue Indianapolis.
This role is highly collaborative and requires nuanced conversations with campus offices, community agencies, and families regarding safety and wellbeing concerns. In addition to receiving communication from law enforcement agencies and treatment facilities, this professional receives, reviews, and assigns "Student of Concern Reports" to appropriate offices for outreach and support.
Reports that are deemed at moderate to elevated levels of risk are assigned to this role for outreach and non-clinical case management. This includes students experiencing significant mental health events, those who may pose a threat to the safety of others, and other personal crises. This professional develops intervention plans with students providing referrals to appropriate campus and community resources. This position serves as a member of the University's Behavior Intervention Team, providing the team with information on identified students of concern. In addition to providing direct service, this professional engages in intentional and continuous efforts to improve services to students, which includes improving internal processes and procedures.
This position provides education and outreach to the campus community through educational presentations and trainings. Often, this team is requested to join in meetings with other offices to provide both counsel on the particular situation and advocacy to the students involved.

About the Role:
As a Coordinator 1st in our MRO department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Plant 1 Seats facility. Minimum Qualifications:

* Previous related experience in child advocacy, child welfare, and/or child focused social issues and knowledge and understanding of issues and dynamics within families in crisis relating to child abuse and neglect preferred.
* Must be at least 21 years of age.
* Ability to comply with the training and certification standards of Tippecanoe CASA, the Indiana Office of GAL/CASA, and National CASA including completion of the 12 hour GAL/CASA administrative training and 12 hours of continuing training each year as approved by the Indiana Office of GAL/CASA.
* Ability to gain working knowledge of Indiana CHINS Deskbook, Indiana Code references and annotations, Indiana Sexual Offenders Registry, National CASA Associations standards/policies and procedures, QUEST software and CASA Outcome Management and Evaluation Tool software.

II. DIFFICULTY OF WORK:
Incumbent performs tasks according to standard operating procedures or policy and procedural manuals, with priorities determined by supervisor, court schedule, and service needs of clients. Decisions are always determined by specific instructions or existing, well established policies and procedures.
III. RESPONSIBILITY:
Incumbent supervises and assists with CASA program and CASA volunteers, with work periodically reviewed upon completion for compliance with legal requirements and attainment of objectives. Errors in decisions or work are prevented through instructions from supervisor and legally defined procedures. Undetected errors may result in endangerment to clients or adverse legal decisions.
IV. PERSONAL WORK RELATIONSHIPS:
Incumbent maintains communication with co-workers, other County departments, court personnel, Indiana Supreme Advisory Commission, community service providers, law firms, community churches, and the public for the purpose of exchanging information, providing services, and supervising volunteers.

V. PHYSICAL EFFORT AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Incumbent performs a majority of duties in a standard office and periodically performs duties in a courtroom, involving sitting/walking at will, sitting for long periods, lifting objects weighing less than 25 pounds, hearing sounds/communication, and speaking clearly. Project Coordinator - Forestry and Natural Resources

The Department of Forestry and Natural Resources is seeking a Project Coordinator who will manage and coordinate all aspects of a large multidisciplinary, multi-institutional research, teaching and extension project examining the relationship of silvicultural practices to changes in plant and animal species within forests across Indiana. This position directly supervises a Field Coordinator that serves as the on-site coordinator for field research activities. In consultation with the Field Coordinator, you are directly responsible for all hiring and termination decisions of summer employees and long-term technicians. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining experimental protocols, managing all project data including responsibilities ranging from the occasional entry of raw field data to final archiving of cleaned and sanitized data in public data repositories as well as compiling a large, annual report for the project with submission from researchers and students working on the project from over six universities or agencies.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Producing or assisting researchers in production of extension articles from the project
* Assisting with writing scientific publications from project data and writing grants (serving as PI) to meet the research or extension objectives associated with the project
* Conducting extension tours, field days, etc., to promote the project and inform various stakeholder groups of research results; this position may include an extension FTE assignment with an opportunity to develop a formal program
* Serving as the secretary and member of the project's Executive Committee, comprised of principal investigators and top-level personnel in the Indiana Division of Forestry (which funds the project) that oversee all activities in the project
* Training of project personnel and occasional collection of field data
What We're Looking For:
* Masters in a natural-resource based field that includes field-based research and/or education
* 1 year of experience collecting ecological data in a supervisory role (e.g., crew leader)
* An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered. (Bachelor's degree in natural resource based field +3 years of experience)
* Demonstrated experience in technical and/or scientific writing through production of extension articles, technical reports and/or peer-review journal articles
* Working knowledge of general silvicultural operations, forest inventory and wildlife sampling techniques
* Strong knowledge of computer data programs for organizing and analyzing field data
* Advanced proficiency with Excel, Access, ArcGIS and statistical packages
* Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong technical and/or scientific writing skills
* Knowledge of extension practices and approaches
Nice to Have:
* Degree forestry and/or wildlife management
* Demonstration of event planning (e.g., field days, workshops)
* Licenses related to specific field research being completed (ex: PACUC)
